Cancellation Policy – Artstroke

Order Finality

All orders placed on Artstroke are considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, any request for cancellation will not be eligible for a refund of any partial payment made at the time of placing the order.

Exceptions Due to Quality Check

In rare cases where an item fails our final quality check during packing, we reserve the right to remove the item from your order. In such instances:

  • You will be contacted immediately with the option to receive a replacement of a similar design, subject to availability.

  • If you do not wish to proceed with a replacement, a full refund for the removed item will be initiated.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Replacements, if accepted, will be delivered within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Return and replacement Request must be raised within 2 days after receiving the order Exceptions Due to Quality Check.
